I have worked across the mushroom ingredients supply chain since 2007, with experience spanning cultivation, wild sourcing, extraction processing and compositional analysis. I currently works on supporting ingredient evaluation, technical education and practitioner-facing content, with a focus on processing integrity and evidence-informed application.
I started this blog as a way to make sense of the thoughts constantly spinning in my head — ideas, questions, things I notice in the industry. What began as a personal space slowly grew into a place where I could share, connect, and hopefully spark something in others too.
